Why work with the Integrated Team?
You don’t need more Therapy – you need a Strategy.
At The One Eighty™, we recognise that sustainable recovery for complex symptoms cannot happen in isolation. Standard care is often fragmented—doctors manage the “hardware” (medications and diagnosis), while therapists focus on the “top-down” (talk and insight).
We have replaced this fractured model with a Clinical Triangle: a single, integrated pathway where somatic strategy and psychiatric oversight meet with academic rigor and clinical-grade coaching. We bridge the gap between medical diagnoses and offer the strategic support to create action and move forward.
You need someone who understands the science behind the symptoms, who also understands where you are right now, and what it’s like to walk a path to recovery.
Helping You Find Success through Integration
The Clinical Triangle
Provides a multidisciplinary safety net by integrating neuro-restorative strategy with expert psychiatric oversight and academic supervision. This unified pathway ensures that body-based recovery protocols remain medically safe and critically engaged, bridging the gap between a clinical diagnosis and genuine neurobiological resolution.
